Basket Star is owned by a professional gift basket designer who has attended a variety of design and business classes and regularly attends trade shows to ensure the company continuously improves. We regularly update our product offerings and no food or gift goes into our baskets that we wouldn't want to receive ourselves.

Refunds or Cancellations:
You can expect excellent customer service from us. If for any reason, you are unsatisfied, please call us at 201-254-9004 or Email us. We will review each situation, on a case by case basis, to determine if a replacement or refund should be issued. If you need to cancel an order that we have already shipped, you will be responsible for the shipping costs to send it back to us....On occasion, availability or warm weather (chocolate melts) may require us to substitute a product in our baskets. In such cases, the item will be replaced with one of equal or greater value.
